IVA Technologies is the partner of the joint accelerator Sberbank and 500 Startups

Russian telecommunications equipment, software and data storage system manufacturer IVA Technologies has become the official partner of the development program (accelerator) of IT start-ups in Russia, organized by Sberbank and the international accelerator 500 Startups.

Start-ups operating in the fields of e-commerce, digital medicine, cloud-based B2B services, advertising technologies, the Internet of things, big data, machine learning, etc. can apply for participation. Among the requirements for candidates was being the company registered in Russia, have a working prototype of its product (MVP) and the first customers.

Accelerator participants, which will be 25 teams that have passed the initial selection, will receive training under the 500 Startups program, seed investments from Sberbank and the opportunity to receive venture capital investments from partner funds.

The acceleration program is designed for 14 weeks, 10 of which teams will work in Moscow under the guidance of mentors, Russian and foreign experts in such areas as marketing, sales, product design, etc. The final of this acceleration stage will be the demo day, where Sberbank's top managers, representatives of foundations and partner companies will choose the 7 best startups that will continue their training in Silicon Valley.

Roman Volkov, the CEO of IVA Technologies, was invited to become a mentor of the program in the areas of cloud technologies and data storage systems.
